Cows, horses, goats and sheep – these are the animals that usually dominate the scene in South Tyrol. Not so on the Ritten mountain where llamas and alpacas often steal all the other animals limelight. And who can blame them, with their shaggy fur and big wide googly eyes. At the Kaserhof farm in Oberbozen the South American natives are kept outdoors all year round.
